Refund Policy

Plotmi begins creating value the moment a project is assigned to readers. Because the service involves live reader assignment, reading activity, analysis, and report generation, refunds are limited under the rules below.

1. Core Rule

All sales are final once the first reader is assigned to the project.

A full refund may be requested only before the first reader is assigned to your project.

2. What Counts As Assignment

For purposes of this policy, a reader is considered assigned once Plotmi:

  • assigns the project to one or more readers,
  • sends assignment notifications or access credentials to any reader,
  • makes the project accessible to any assigned reader, or
  • initiates any reader recruitment, matching, or assignment process for the project.

Once assignment occurs, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable, regardless of when the assigned reader(s) actually begin reading.

3. No Refunds After Assignment

Once the first reader is assigned, the order becomes final and non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued based on:

  • Dissatisfaction with reader feedback or results
  • Disagreement with subjective opinions expressed in reports
  • Creative or editorial preferences
  • A decision not to proceed after assignment has occurred
  • Failure to review or use delivered materials

4. Duplicate Charges

If you are charged more than once for the same order, Plotmi will refund the duplicate charge after verification.

5. Failure To Deliver

If Plotmi is unable to deliver the service, or delivers a materially incomplete or defective service due to technical failure on Plotmi's end, Plotmi may issue a full or partial refund at its sole discretion.

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not guaranteed and, if granted, are issued only at Plotmi's sole discretion.

7. Chargebacks And Disputes

By purchasing from Plotmi, you agree that any chargeback or payment dispute submitted after the first reader is assigned may be challenged using relevant records, including purchase records, project assignment records, access logs, timestamps, reading activity, session records, analysis records, delivery records, and acceptance of these terms at checkout.

8. Checkout Acceptance

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that refunds are available only before the first reader is assigned to your project.

Once the first reader is assigned, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
