After 25 years in the entertainment industry — writing scripts, writing books, reading thousands of pages for thousands of projects — I kept looking for something the industry couldn't seem to give me: a place that felt honest.

A space where writers could share their work without fear. Where readers could be real without being cruel. Where the goal wasn't to gatekeep, posture, or perform — but to actually help each other tell better stories.

I spent years searching for that community. I never found it. So I built it.

Plotmi is what I wish had existed when I was starting out. A home for storytellers — writers, readers, screenwriters, novelists, screenplay, and book obsessives, the people who stay up until 3am because the chapter pulled them under.
