Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

This section forms part of Plotmi’s Terms of Service and applies to all users who access manuscripts through the platform.
1) Confidential Materials

Manuscripts, scripts, drafts, outlines, and related creative works made available through Plotmi may be unpublished and confidential ("Confidential Materials"). All materials remain the property of their respective authors or rights holders.

2) Non-Disclosure
  • You will not copy, reproduce, screenshot, record, or distribute any portion of Confidential Materials.
  • You will not share, summarize, quote, or disclose Confidential Materials to third parties.
  • You will not use Confidential Materials to create derivative works or exploit ideas, plots, or characters.
3) Access & Security
  • You will not share your access link or credentials.
  • You will not attempt to bypass platform security or tracking systems.
4) Intellectual Property

Access to materials through Plotmi does not grant ownership or usage rights beyond participation in the reading session.

5) Remedies

Unauthorized disclosure may cause irreparable harm. Authors or rights holders may seek injunctive relief and damages under applicable law.
